As Managers of the above-mentioned Condominium Corporation, and on behalf of the Board of

Directors, we are contacting all owners and residents regarding the above-mentioned matter.

Please be reminded that bulk items are not to be deposited in the garbage/loading area, or in front

of the building. Any bulk items must be taken to the dump.

If found, items will be removed and charged back to the unit owner.
